A song of dry grass
COVID-19 seems to have changed our lives. A case in point would be non-face-to-face culture. As the daily life of non-face-to-face has been prolonged, I also have more time to walk alone in search of a quiet place where there are not many people. It is easy to walk along the Deokso River without a car, so you often have time to walk along the river. As you walk, there is a place where your eyes are fixed and your feet stop, and that is the point where dry reeds or silver grasses are gathered. Sitting on the bench and staring at it makes me feel at ease. The sound of reed leaves shaking and bumping in the wind was like a symphony of life, and it was heard as a song of support for us humans who were burdened and struggling with COVID-19. Nature's song, which can only be heard when human speech is stopped, is expressed in 100th issue 2 points and 4th issue 100 points. The song of the dry grass that I listened to with my heart was expressed with black charcoal on a bright background to make the line stronger in contrast between brightness and darkness. These are works that have been made by stopping the painting on the jangji using seeds, fruits, fallen leaves, and dry stems that have been done so far.
